BACKGROUND CHECKS ARE VALID FOR 3 YEARS. YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL NOTIFICATION PRIOR TO EXPIRATION IF YOU WISH TO RENEW.

To appeal a denial please write a letter to Superintendent Bradley detailing your position.

NCS covers the cost for all volunteer background check requests.

Only complete one request form, and be sure to select all schools that apply.

2. Provide a copy of your CPR certification to the Central Office.
