What does it look like to collaborate once your student onboard:
STUDENT POSITIONS SHOULD BE RESERVED FOR JUNIORS AND SENIORS
JUNIORS: STUDENTS IN THEIR JUNIOR YEAR MAY NOT WORK MORE THAN 3.5 HOURS PER DAY. THIS LIMIT APPLIES TO SCHOOL DAYS AND BREAKS THROUGH JUNE 30TH OF THEIR JUNIOR YEAR AND APPLIES TO THE STUDENT, NOT THE JOB.
SENIORS - SENIORS WILL BE SCHEDULED BASED ON THE NEEDS AND BUDGET OF EACH DEPARTMENT. TYPICALLY, SENIORS WILL BE SCHEDULED FOR 3.5 HOURS PER DAY. HOWEVER, THERE IS SOME FLEXIBILITY BASED ON NEED. SENIORS MAY NOT WORK PAST THE DAY OF GRADUATION.
STUDENTS WORKERS EMPLOYED WITH THEIR SCHOOLS BENEFIT FROM REDUCED TAXES. STUDENTS WORKING AS PART OF AN ENROLLED PROGRAM DO NOT PAY SOCIAL SECURITY OR MEDICARE TAXES.

POSITIONS WILL BE POSTED BY APRIL 3.
WHEN POSTING POSITIONS, SELECT STUDENT UNDER SHIFT TYPE.
POSTINGS WILL CLOSE BY APRIL 30.

PLEASE GO TO THE 22-23 NCS WBL INTERVIEW DATA SHEET TO INPUT YOUR INTERVIEW INFORMATION.
YOU WILL BE ASKED TO IDENTIFY THE NAME(S) OF STUDENT(S) YOU ARE INTERVIEWING & THE DATE & TIME OF THE INTERVIEWS.
ALL INTERVIEWS SHOULD TAKE PLACE APRIL 19 & 21.

ONBOARDING STUDENT LEADERS
CONNECT WITH STUDENT(S) BY CONFIRMING EMPLOYMENT & COMPLETE TALENTED PROCESS BY MAY 6, 2022. PLEASE NOTE IN THE INTERVIEW GOOGLE SHEET.
ONBOARDING FOR STUDENTS WILL BE CONDUCTED BY NCS HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICE BEGINNING MAY 9TH.
CARE CAMP WILL BE JUNE 2 & 9. PLEASE HOLD THESE DATES ON YOUR CALENDAR.
STUDENTS WILL SELECT FROM ONE OF THE DATES.
